Important Information: Please Read
Different aviation companies have different helicopter service locations. During the chopper ride, our driver will take you to your helipad location (Phata, Guptkashi, Sirsi, etc.) as per the chopper departure time mentioned in your ticket. Kindly inform the driver a day before about your departure timing by chopper to Kedarnath, as mentioned on the ticket. Our driver will provide pick-up and drop-off timings at the hotel. Advance Booking is highly recommended for the helicopter.
By Trek: To reach Kedarnath by trekking, you first have to reach Gaurikund. To reach Gaurikund, we will drive to Sonprayag early in the morning after breakfast. Our car will drop you off at Sonprayag. A local jeep is available from Sonprayag to follow a 5 km route to Gaurikund. This sharing-based conveyance allows guests to book directly at their own cost. Gaurikund to Kedarnath is a further 14-16 km trek.
After reaching Kedarnath, visit the Kedarnath temple. Check in to the hotel/ashram. Later the same day, visit Shankaracharya Samadhi and rest at the hotel/ashram for a night. (Meals: Breakfast)
After breakfast, explore nearby areas by walking to Kedarnath. Later, reach Guptkashi by trek or helicopter, whichever you prefer.
By Helicopter: When you leave for Kedarnath, inform the driver about your approximate return time and the helipad name according to your ticket. Our driver will pick you up from the helipad and transfer you to your hotel.
By Trek: Inform the driver of your approximate return time. Once you reach Gaurikund from Kedarnath by trek, you can take a local jeep to Sonprayag. Our driver will meet you here. Due to a parking issue, the driver may park at a distant location. Hence, for ease, keep the driver's contact number with you and call him when you reach Sonprayag so he can pick you up. Upon arrival, check in to the hotel in Guptkashi, following an overnight stay. (Meals: Dinner)
