At Vedique360, we strive to provide seamless spiritual and devotional services. However, we understand that unforeseen situations may arise.

Cancellation of Online Puja & Spiritual Services

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted through email or WhatsApp.
  • Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service may be eligible for a refund of up to 80% of the booking amount.
  • Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled puja, homam, or ritual are generally non-refundable due to arrangements already made.

Completed Services

Once a puja, consultation, ritual, homam, or spiritual service has commenced or been completed, no refund shall be provided.

Astrology Consultations

  • Refunds are not available after an astrology consultation has been conducted.
  • Rescheduling requests may be considered subject to availability.

Service Rescheduling

Vedique360 may reschedule services due to priest availability, temple restrictions, technical issues, or force majeure events. Customers will be informed accordingly.

Failed Transactions

If payment is deducted but booking confirmation is not generated due to technical issues:

  • The transaction will be verified.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–10 business days.

Duplicate Payments

If duplicate payments are received for the same booking, the excess amount will be refunded after verification.

Devotional Products & Prasad

For physical products:

  • Damaged or defective items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photographs or videos.
  • Replacement requests may be approved after verification.
  • Products must remain unused and in original packaging.
  • Customized, blessed, energized, or personalized spiritual products are not eligible for return or refund.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–14 business days and credited to the original payment method used during purchase.

Important Note

Vedique360 reserves the right to review each cancellation or refund request individually. The final decision regarding refunds shall rest with Vedique360 management.
